THE APARTMENT
At 50 m², the apartment has a bright living area with a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, a large smart TV, a desk space, two proper bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine and toilet, and plenty of storage including a ski locker on the landing.
The main bedroom has a 140 x 190 double bed, storage and USB sockets. The children's room has two 90 x 200 bunk beds, a child's desk, games and books. Adults are welcome in there too, as long as they do not break the toys.
Once you have settled in, forget the car: everything is within walking distance.

Here you are staying with Marie and her family. Le Simone is above all our family base in the mountains: a place for reunions, skiing in winter, hiking in summer and simple moments together. We wanted to create a cosy, comfortable and practical apartment, so that every stay means relaxation.

Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out before 10:00. Access is independent: you receive the instructions before you arrive.

We love animals, but they cannot be accommodated in the property.
Is cleaning included?
End of stay cleaning is included in the €60 fee. We simply ask you to leave the place tidy, the dishes done and the bins emptied.
Is there a security deposit?
A deposit of €300 applies. It is not charged: your card is stored securely and will only be debited if damage is found.

Are the shops and the slopes within walking distance?
