THE HOUSE
Welcome to Le Rosa, our family cottage tucked into the pine forest, a stone's throw from the sea. This calm, light filled place was designed to offer everything you need for a relaxed holiday with family or friends.
The house has a spacious and welcoming living area with a lounge, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bright bedrooms are on the ground floor, while upstairs a dormitory with four beds welcomes young and old alike. A second lounge, set up as a TV and games room, lets everyone relax or slip away to work. The house has two bathrooms and two separate toilets.
Outside, a large enclosed garden with mature trees invites you to unwind. You can share meals on the terrace, use the barbecue, or simply rest in the shade of the pines while the children play on the trampoline.

YOUR HOSTS
We are Guillaume, Marie and Maxime, our eight year old daughter. Le Rosa is not just a guest house. It is first of all our home: a place for reunions, laughter and shared moments with family and friends. We wanted to create a place that looks like us, warm, simple and genuine, and to share it with other travellers curious to discover the unspoilt charm of the Bay of Somme and the gentle pace of Quend-Plage. We hope you will feel at home here, and that your stay at Le Rosa will be about rest, sharing and the sea.

We love animals, but they cannot be accommodated in the property.

End of stay cleaning is included in the €80 fee. We simply ask you to leave the place tidy, the dishes done and the bins emptied.
Is there a security deposit?
A deposit of €500 applies. It is not charged: your card is stored securely and will only be debited if damage is found.
