Who is responsible

The site is developed and technically managed by GY Digital, Romain Goyeau. Technical contact: contact@gy-digital.be.

What data and why

When booking: name, e-mail address, phone number, stay dates and number of guests. This data is used only to manage your stay: confirmation, practical exchanges, tourist tax. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Via the contact form: your name, e-mail and message, so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests.

Your payment details never pass through our servers: they are processed directly by the payment provider.

Who has access

Only the owner. Three technical providers process data on our behalf: the site host (Hetzner, Germany), the e-mail service (OVH, France) and, for payments, the payment provider. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

How long

Booking data is kept for the duration of the stay and then for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. Contact form messages are deleted at the latest one year after the last exchange.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for visitors: no trackers, no analytics, no advertising. That is also why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or refuse. Only the owner receives, after logging in to her area, a strictly necessary session cookie.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@mapamax.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
